Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customer needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Manage multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
