Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately input and maintain data across multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Interpret, verify, compile, and sort received data and source documents before entering them into the system, using your attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Keep an organized record of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents in both electronic and hard copy formats, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Deliver basic troubleshooting assistance and propose solutions for issues related to data, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Adhere to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information, maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality.
  • Utilize various skills, including:

+ Accounting Software Systems + ADP - Financial Services + CRM + Epic Software + ERP Solutions + About Time + Answering Inbound Calls + Billing Functions + Check Processing + Claim Administration + JavaScript + Application Coding

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Epic Software
  • Knowledgeable in ERP Solutions
  • Proficiency in using About Time software
  • Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
  • Capability of performing Billing Functions
  • Experience in Check Processing
  • Skillful in Claim Administration
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience in Application Coding
