Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Workday Data Migrations team. You will be responsible for applying your analytical and technical skills to a wide range of data entry tasks, from data analysis and process improvement to software development and testing. You will work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a wide range of problems
- Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay informed about current developments within your field
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Estimate effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Confirm data and carefully review and verify the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on moving forward
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of need, visibility, and enhancement
- May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
Information, Abilities, and Competencies
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Gifted in collaborating, communication, and discussion in working with different Groups and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large Business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
- Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; willing to coach others to do the same
- Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
