Job Overview
As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing information for our healthcare clients. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting the expectations of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute data enrichment tasks as per our client's established guidelines and training protocols.
- Perform credentialing-related duties, including data entry for applications, vendor resource verifications, and management of board certifications.
- Proactively follow up with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure updates and verifications.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of credentialing information, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Validate details provided by third-party sources through rigorous cross-checking using online databases.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives.
Required Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate results.
- Proficient command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to maintain a productive work-from-home environment with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
