Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers about our products and services, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries

• Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations, ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction, demonstrating a highly professional demeanor and a strong phone presence
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service and drive business results
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide timely and accurate information
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and relevant information

Training and Development

* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving business results and improving customer service

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate, starting at $15-$17.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
