Job Summary

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with our team to compile, sort, and verify data, maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work. Your attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy will be essential in detecting errors and correcting any incompatibilities. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies

  • Re-enter data in verification format, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Compile, sort, and verify data before entry, maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Perform routine backup and retrieval processes to protect data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting, with strong communication and teamwork skills
