About the Position
This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a Part-Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, using your excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and customers.
- Enter accurate and efficient data into our systems, ensuring high-quality data entry and minimizing errors.
- Work collaboratively with the call center team to achieve department productivity and quality standards.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics, striving for first call resolution and taking ownership of customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution, delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
- Take an active role in educating customers about our clients' products and services, promoting a positive and helpful tone on all calls handled.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise, ensuring you're equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data entry and analysis.
- SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical attendance is key to success in this role, and you'll be required to work on-site in Allentown, PA, for training and occasional meetings.
