Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding various topics, including but not limited to:
+ Flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries + Ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts + Navigation of arenaflex's website and mobile app
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to internal teams as needed
- Providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
