Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to our technical teams. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work from home with occasional visits to our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
