Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Operations and Analytics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence
• Analyzing data to identify trends and develop insights that drive business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Developing and maintaining complex reports and analyses using data visualization tools
• Presenting findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Providing expert-level support to internal customers and partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and persuasively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to focus on well-being and safety of self, others, and personal data
• Embracing diversity, inclusivity, and different perspectives
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
• Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Certification in data analysis or visualization
