Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
