What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain the employer's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks and policies
- Conduct periodic and event-driven reviews of customers to assess risks
- Provide advanced analysis and specialized reporting to support business partners
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation to effectively report on FCRM program status
- Deliver training programs for employees across the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial crime risk management
- Strong understanding of business operations, products, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to conduct research and assess risks and controls
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Background in AML investigations or prior SAR writing experience
- Experience with quality control (QC) or quality assurance (QA)
- ACAMS certification is a plus
- Experience in developing training programs related to financial crime risk management
- Familiarity with external regulatory bodies and compliance documentation
