Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This role is remote, but you must be located in the United States. You will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email, participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, investigating discrepancies as they arise, and completing additional projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex to perform tasks

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
