Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist – Prior Authorization, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring that our clients receive timely and reliable information. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system with high accuracy and speed
- Meet expected hourly production volume goals, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of professionalism
- Assist with other projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Participate in the Corporate Compliance Program, upholding arenaflex's values and policies
- Possess excellent organization skills, with a focus on task completion and follow-up
- Meet typing speed and accuracy requirements (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum)
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Basic math skills, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to data entry tasks
- Excellent organization skills, with a focus on task completion and follow-up
- Ability to work in a production environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts
