Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Trust and Security, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team. You'll be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, as well as the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement solutions that prevent adversarial abuse, and collaborate with our Product Management and Design teams to build data frameworks and tools to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and evading end

• Collaborate with the Business Investigation group to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute Transparency Reports for countries around the world
• Understand, anticipate, and insightfully moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI)
• Work with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
• Deliver high-quality and productive functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7
• Attract, retain, develop, and foster exceptional talent
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4-year certification or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying data-driven insights
• 2 years of experience working with design teams that build data infrastructure and ML models
• 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
• Strong business judgment, critical, and scientific skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
