Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our supply chain systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centers. You'll work closely with our centralized computer and application development teams to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework
• Serving as the primary contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions
• Working closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations
• Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Contacting MHE vendors regarding data management
• Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS
• Regulating nonexempt staff
• Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end users
• Managing and screening end-user access and freedoms and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job title has been rewritten to reflect that it is a remote position)

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
