Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in utilities or public services.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and Attention to Detail: You should be able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.

  • Familiarity with Customer Service Software and Tools: Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
