The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Specialist in Training, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by guiding customers through every step of their journey, from sale to appraisal, test drives, and financing applications. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that each customer has a positive experience buying and selling cars. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers every step of the way
- Conducting vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers
- Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex; completing the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
- Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that all vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
- Performing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer contracts, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
- Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing
Key Qualifications and Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, preferred
- Valid Driver's License
