Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager – WWPS SLG/EDU, Central Territory at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. You will work with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, guiding them through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. Your technical, business, and program management expertise will be essential in solving complex and challenging technology problems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Value Realization: Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices.

  • Enablement: Help customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners.
  • Governance: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms.
  • Customer Engagement: Directly engage with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the arenaflex Cloud.
  • Project Management: Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline.

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager – WWPS SLG/EDU, Central Territory at arenaflex, you will be empowered by an inclusive environment, work/life harmony, and career advancement opportunities. You will be a member of a diverse, global community of Customer Solutions Managers who deliver cloud solutions that influence business and IT transformation for our customers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Balancing time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the arenaflex Cloud.
  • Working across arenaflex to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex and challenging technology problems for our customers.
  • Defining opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization.
  • Creating, managing, and delivering business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on cloud computing, project management, and technical acumen.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through cloud adoption and transformation.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, including AWS services and partner solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to pass the Certified Solution Architect, Associate level, within the first 6 months of employment.
  • 25% - 40% travel required, dependent on geography and time of year.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on cloud computing, project management, and technical acumen.
  • Experience working with State and Local Government and Higher Education customers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
