What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
• Conducting research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues with compassion and empathy
• Understanding customers' needs and providing alternative solutions, including upselling products or services
• Collaborating with global teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a strong understanding of global communication dynamics
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles
• Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
• Computer experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
• Must already reside in Canada, with a strong understanding of local customer preferences and behaviors
