Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Handling inbound calls in a timely manner and managing outbound calls as necessary
- Researching and verifying information provided by customers utilizing online resources
- Following communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Providing customers with product and service information as needed
- Continuously learning and training to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Updating job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional work ethic
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
- Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
- Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
- Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
- Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
- Quiet work space
- High-speed internet
- Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with product and service information
