Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales or account management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
