Position Scope:

The Experienced Customer Service Representative position is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other communication channels

  • Meet or exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
  • Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with a multi-line phone system

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data entry
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain the reputation of arenaflex and its clients
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization
