Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Greeting guests and taking orders, completing transactions, and preparing beverages
  • Assembling orders, cleaning and maintenance, and helping train new employees
  • Rigorously adhering to safety and quality standards, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service
  • Building awareness about safety, holding peers accountable to food safety practices, and reporting any concerns to leadership
  • Executing daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures and quality requirements
  • Holding each other accountable to these procedures and quality requirements
