The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
  • Basic English skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
