We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the development of our contact center platform. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing projects, and making data-driven decisions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the development of our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including setup, planning, and data planning groups, as well as external vendors and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and execute project plans, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with our customer service teams to understand their vision and challenges and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Administer compromises and manage thing incorporates through close collaboration with our planning and data specialist groups, as well as external vendors or consulting firms
  • Handle conflicts in help expectations across different regions worldwide and create experience in similar areas
  • Develop thing management responsibility to various tools as business needs present

What We're Looking For:
