The Role
As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing a wide range of healthcare-related inquiries, and ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience. Your day will be filled with:
- Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them
- Providing detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans
- Assisting members with finding a primary care physician in their network
- Scheduling healthcare screenings and appointments
- Resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
What We're Looking For
* A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit during selection consideration

The Work Environment
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the following requirements:
- Residing in Florida
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
- 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
- A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a webcam for training
- Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
