Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Sales: Meet sales objectives as defined.
- Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
Qualifications

6 months customer service experience minimum

Ability to type 25 wpm

High School Graduate or GED

Comfort with desktop computer systems

6 months Call Center experience, preferred

Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
- ISP: Internet Service Provider must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
