Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Sales: Meet sales objectives as defined.
  • Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you should have:

6 months customer service experience minimum

Over 18 years of age

Ability to type 25 wpm

High School Graduate or GED

*

Comfort with desktop computer systems

*

Proven oral and written communication skills

6 months Call Center experience, preferred

Logical problem-solving skills

*

Availability to work various shifts

Ability to use Windows operating systems

*

Organization and work prioritization skills

*

6 months sales experience minimum

*

Able to work independently

*

Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

Ability to stay composed and objective

Strong listening skills

*

Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
  • ISP: Internet Service Provider must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed: Required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace: Required.
