Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, SMS, and live chats from prospective parents, players, and coaches
- Nurturing key relationships with our Partner Program and other strategic partners
- Becoming an expert in using our CRM and registration systems to register players and coaches
- Providing world-class customer service through casual, unscripted conversations
- Responding to inbound client inquiries and assisting with specific service-related requests and concerns
- Placing outbound sales calls to enhance registrations and share product information
- Providing solutions to client issues through the usage of all available resources under limited supervision
- Identifying problem areas and removing obstacles to retain arenaflex clients
- Providing assistance to arenaflex clients with the delivery of a wide range of products and services, as required
- Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Consistently achieving individual and team performance targets
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, escalating, managing, and reporting customer issues with transparency

- Become an expert at clearly and passionately articulating the benefits of arenaflex camps and coach products to parents, athletes, and coaches via telephone, email, and/or online chat
- Learn and articulate all aspects of each arenaflex offering
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- A minimum of one year experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
- Sales experience
- Excellent influencing and relationship management skills
- Prior attendance at a arenaflex summer session as an athlete, observing coach, and/or instructor
