Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons

Essential Qualifications
