Responsibilities

As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, Global Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing relationships with clients to help them achieve their business goals
  • Contributing to the team's performance by consistently delivering against quarterly goals
  • Creating and crafting pitches to customers tailored to their performance goals and working towards mutual business goals
  • Finding and implementing creative ways to improve client relationships, sharing performance improvement suggestions, and promoting arenaflex products
  • Producing interpretable insights from data analysis and delivering data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals
  • Ability to communicate in a Central Eastern European (CEE) language (e.g., Ukrainian, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian) and English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders
  • Experience managing and customizing for a customer base
  • Experience reaching out to customers, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions
  • Ability to work separately with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, and ideas on improving internal processes
