The Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering above-and-beyond customer service to our customers over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll be an expert in our internal management system, using our communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. You'll also be responsible for noticing trends and pain points in our work and brainstorming solutions to improve each customer's experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat

  • Become an expert in arenaflex's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Use our communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identify trends and pain points in our work and develop solutions to improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows
  • Ability to adapt to new technology systems and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer experience tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
