Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that each customer receives a superior experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or call center environment

  • Familiarity with retail or service industries is a bonus
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
