What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for customers and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Completing accurate and timely data entry into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to customers and partners alike
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone and other channels, using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
- Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/customer phone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and adjust your schedule as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to pass a background check
- A strong desire to learn and grow, and a willingness to take on new challenges
