The Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner. You will work in a designated retail location, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills to find creative solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex tools and systems
• Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments

What You'll Need

* 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
