Remote Sales Development Specialist
Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused mainly on cold calling and setting appointments. You will be speaking directly with business owners, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for the closing team. The closing team will handle the rest of the sales process. Your performance is measured based on the quality of appointments you generate and how many of those turn into closed deals. What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling prospects daily
- Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualifying leads over the phone
- Booking appointments for the sales team
- Ensuring appointments are real, qualified, and show up
- Logging activity in the CRM
Performance Expectations
- Cold call consistently every day
- Book high-quality sales appointments
- Target: appointments that actually convert into 15 closed deals per month (team closes them, but sourced by you)
Compensation
- $1,000/month base salary (performance-based)
- 25% uncapped commission on closed deals sourced by you
Base Salary Requirement To qualify for the $1,000 base salary, you must source appointments that result in at least 15 closed deals per month If this requirement is not met, you still earn your commission, but the base salary for that month is not paid.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience
- Must be based in the United States
- Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day
- Strong communication skills over the phone
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent in a high-volume environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote work)
