Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Customer Services Representative to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. As a key member of our guest relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Airbnb Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our guests through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed
  • Communicating with guests and vendors through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Screening potential guests and verifying their information to ensure a smooth and secure experience
  • Providing support for guests and resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, and Marriott
  • Responding to guest inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
  • Communicating and escalating issues to management via Slack
  • Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest service and support
  • Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
  • Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
  • Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
  • Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field

  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
  • Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
  • Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT
  • Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Perfect English and grammar skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the short-term rental industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
  • Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
  • Experience with writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
