Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless execution of patient care and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless execution of patient care and pharmacy services, including prescription fulfillment, medication management, and patient education.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence in customer support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support, pharmacy operations, and patient care.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business, or customer service).

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, pharmacy operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, patient care, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

* Current pharmacy license or certification (e.g., RPh, PharmD).

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans, pharmacy benefits, and patient assistance programs.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
