Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Certifications: Customer service certification (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Skills:
+ Experience with customer relationship management software + Knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge + Ability to work in a leadership role and train new team members + Experience with data analysis and reporting
