The Role
As a Remote Inbound Travel Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers. You'll take inbound calls from existing owners who are excited to plan their dream vacations, and your role will be to make their experience unforgettable. As a subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, you'll be responsible for booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and making recommendations based on our owner's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers
- Take inbound calls from existing owners and make their experience unforgettable
- Book car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and make recommendations based on our owner's interests
- Build rapport with customers quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
- Show intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan
- Work well under pressure and be a strong multitasker
- Participate in training sessions and learn about our products and services
- Meet sales targets and provide regular feedback to management
What You'll Bring:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service and sales experience
- Six months travel experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
- Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Availability to work between 11:00am - 10:00pm EST Mon-Fri, with some flexibility to work weekends and holidays
