The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and engagement to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to client requests. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience that exceeds our clients' expectations and builds long-term relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support and engagement through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typing proficiency of 50+ WPM along with good computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume.
- Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores.
- Experience with CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the home service industry, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Strong knowledge of financial guidance and bookkeeping principles.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
