Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist both existing customers and potential new customers with their queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred.

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
