Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will challenge and engage you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing a portfolio of creation strategies, including clearance procedures (cut permitting, material transport, etc.) for all programming content.
  • Ensuring that all creation strategies falling under your purview are compliant with legal, financial, risk-management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with opportunity managers and creation of legal advisors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Some of the essential qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience managing clearances and other creation-related strategies; TV/film experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
  • Certification in data entry, project management, or a related field.
