This role is for a builder who can create clarity, drive demand generation, strengthen messaging, and build scalable marketing systems within a rapidly evolving company. The Growth & Marketing Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives to generate pipeline growth, strengthen market positioning, improve operational efficiency, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. This is a hands-on role requiring the individual to operate as a strategist, operator, and execution leader focused on driving outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
- Shape and operationalize Paradigm Life’s messaging, positioning, and thought leadership.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and systems that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Create structure, prioritization, and operational clarity across campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data, attribution, and funnel insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Experience owning measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic communication and messaging ability
- Proven campaign and demand generation leadership
- Experience operating in fast-moving or evolving environments
- Comfort using AI tools and workflow automation in marketing
- Ability to think strategically and execute decisively
- Ability to create clarity in ambiguity
- Ability to communicate directly and intelligently
