Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality web content, managing digital marketplaces, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Data Entry: Input and extract data from various Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Web Content Creation: Create high-quality products viewed online by customers for purchase, including product descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Research and Compliance: Research product details to ensure products displayed on our website are accurate and compliant with brand requirements.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service.
• Error Resolution: Resolve errors on digital marketplaces, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Image Selection and Review: Review, organize, and select images for new products, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to optimize product descriptions and improve search engine rankings.

• Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
