Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests, and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
  • Utilizing screen sharing to resolve technical issues and coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries and documenting notes and conversation details accurately
  • Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills and improve performance

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, with a strong focus on active listening and critical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

What to Expect:

* 5 weeks of paid training, including self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training

  • A minimum of 38 hours per week, scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST, with flexibility to accommodate business needs
