Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients via phone. You will work independently from home, collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and sales questions
- Building genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Navigating multiple applications and research solutions to find the best product for each customer
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction on every call
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients via phone
- Resolve customer inquiries and sales questions in a timely and effective manner
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Navigate multiple applications and research solutions to find the best product for each customer
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction on every call
- Collaborate with management and co-workers in a remote setting
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
- Strong people skills to build genuine connections with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
