Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to educate them on how to use our products and services to achieve their goals. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can think on their feet, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Educate customers on how to use our products and services to achieve their goals
- Manage correspondence with customers, technicians, and vendors
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems
- Provide a first tier of customer support, responding to forwarded customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new features and releases
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
