Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with order management, product inquiries, account assistance, and other inquiries
  • Utilizing various tools and resources to provide accurate and efficient support to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Requirements
