Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers regarding vehicle inquiries, service appointments, warranty information, and general assistance

  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to exceed their expectations

Requirements
